SPIRITUAL DIRECTION

Spiritual direction is a practice of deep listening and sacred presence. It is creating a space where you can be met exactly where you are, without fixing, advising, or problem-solving.

As I complete my spiritual direction training, I am learning to listen deeply, hold space for what is unfolding, and bear witness to your questions, experiences, and inner knowing. I hope to walk alongside you as a soul companion,trusting that your own wisdom and sense of the sacred are already present in your life.

I am currently completing my spiritual direction training through The Haden Institute and am not yet accepting clients.
